1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the j2jl Casino platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through j2jl.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account with j2jl, logging in to the j2jl Login page, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with j2jl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

j2jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the j2jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of j2jl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the j2jl platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

j2jl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information regarding your eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in your account.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the j2jl platform, you must register a player account via the j2jl Login page. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one (1) j2jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2jl Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. j2jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
• KYC Verification: j2jl is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide all documentation requested by j2jl for KYC purposes within the timeframe specified.
• Account Ownership: Your j2jl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

j2jl reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your j2jl account. To protect your account, j2jl strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your j2jl account that is not used for any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Log out of your j2jl account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never share your j2jl Login credentials with any other person, including j2jl support staff. j2jl will never ask for your password.
• Notify j2jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].

j2jl employs 256-bit SSL encryption and real-time fraud monitoring to protect player accounts. However, j2jl cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet and shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the j2jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• j2jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your j2jl account instantly. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• j2jl does not accept deposits from credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the j2jl platform. j2jl reserves the right to investigate and reverse deposits that appear to be made for money laundering or other illicit purposes.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• j2jl may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. j2jl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform.
• j2jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

j2jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified for each bonus offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. j2jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your j2jl account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate j2jl's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account.
• j2jl's Right to Modify: j2jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the j2jl platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, Dragon & Tiger, sports betting, and all other game types — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generation: All j2jl virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under controlled conditions.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, j2jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return wagers to players. j2jl's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: j2jl is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's side. Where possible, j2jl's systems will complete game rounds in progress according to the game's rules.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. j2jl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j2jl platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j2jl staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the j2jl platform or its underlying software.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

9 Responsible Gaming

j2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We follow the responsible gaming guidelines established by PAGCOR and provide the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the j2jl platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of your session duration and net gaming activity.

j2jl reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including mandatory cooling-off periods or account restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the j2jl platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of j2jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the j2jl platform without j2jl's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j2jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j2jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if j2jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

j2jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit j2jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by j2jl's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

j2jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and j2jl's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with j2jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

j2jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

13 Termination & Suspension

j2jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from PAGCOR or another regulatory authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Any other reason that j2jl, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination, j2jl will return any verified, withdrawable balance in your account to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to j2jl. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

You may close your j2jl account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to j2jl's internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a complaint by contacting j2jl support at [email protected]. j2jl will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through j2jl's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

15 Amendments to These Terms

j2jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j2jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the j2jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at j2jl.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
